Further elaboration of pension reform issues in the field of disability and implementation of a theoretical model of disability reform.
The target groups are: the administrators working in the involved institutions dealing with disabled like SoDra, the Lithuanian Labour Exchange, municipalities, the SMSEC and the ministry, the beneficiaries being the disabled themselves, and social partners.

Project was performed in Lithuania during October 2003 - 2004 in the Ministry of Social Protection and Labour and has been financed by the European Union.
