LMC assist our Client Institutions plan and undertake comprehensive information security risk assessments to ensure control objectives and controls relating to security are defined and implemented in accordance with current ‘best practice’ security practices and standards.

LMC also provides systems security and data protection review services compatible with most internationally recognised methodologies. We provide the following support: 

• Information systems risk assessment: application security management, application audit, application staff control, application staff dependency, system audit, change control, application contingency, contingency and back-up, system design, development and maintenance, hardware, hazards, logical access control and authentication, virus management, network and communications, operations, personnel, physical security and access, security administration, policy and management;
• Preparation of risk mitigation plan and support in its implementation, development of disaster recovery plan; and
• Technical Assistance in local area network design and implementation from a security standpoint.
