LMC has extensive experience in providing support and skills transfer in the design and implementation of IT performance measurement and benchmarking systems based on international methodologies. We provide the following support:

• Training in recognised IT performance measurement and benchmarking methodologies and support in their implementation;
• IT benchmarking evaluation and assistance in developing an action plan to address any shortfalls found during the benchmarking; and
• Support in implementation of this action plan.
