Jim Fitzgerald is managing director and founder of Lambard Management Consultants Ltd. As managing director Jim is responsible for the strategic development of the company as well as marketing and account management in respect of major projects. Jim spent his early career in the Irish public sector and accordingly has a thorough knowledge of the Public sector administration and is acutely aware of the institution building needs which are being addressed by the various aid programmes in the emerging economies. He has been involved in the IT sector since 1978 and prior to the establishment of LMC he was General Manager of Cara Software and Services (International) Ltd as well as being a director of the Cara group.

Gerry Fitzpatrick is a director of Lambard Management Consultants Ltd, responsible for all business in the social sector.  Gerry spent over 28 years working as a civil servant in the Irish Ministry of Social Security, where he has been a senior manager. He has experience of working in most areas of the Ministry at central and regional levels. He has been working as Team Leader, Project Director and Senior Consultant in over 14 projects in 9 different countries in Central and Eastern Europe since 1994. He specialises in organisational change, IT and policy development projects in the social sector including social insurance, assistance, welfare, employment, unified collection systems and pension reform.
